10 BEAUTY SECRETS EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW

Hello friends! I missed you all so much! :)

Sorry if it took me so long to make another personal blog. With that, I would like to share to you some beauty facts that everybody should know.

1. SKIN. It is very important that you should know how to take care of your skin, especially if you like putting makeup on your face which causes some skin problems without the proper product choice and also because some makeup products contain harmful chemicals which may damage your skin. So if you don't know about this, you better start choosing a good cleanser, toner and moisturizer for your skin type! Trust me, it will make a big difference especially if you're a teenager no more and skin aging becomes more visible.

2. HAIR. Did you know that hair becomes drier with age? And yes, it is a fact proven! So if you want to maintain the natural shine and smoothness of your hair, you should start choosing the right hair products that will suit best you hair type. When you will go shopping and buy shampoo or conditioner, reading the information about the product can help you a lot!

In the proceeding numbers, I will share more about MAKEUP since most of my beauty knowledge pertains to makeup. Hehehe. Hope the above information already help you guys.

3. FOUNDATION. In choosing a foundation, it is very important that you know your skin tone and type. Your should be very careful and need to avoid a lighter or darker shade. If you want a really flawless canvas, you should choose the exact shade for you. Unless you wanna look like a zombie or a monster instead? Hehe kidding. In addition to that, you should also determine your skin type (normal to dry, oily to combination, sensitive?). This is also applicable when choosing a BB or CC Cream. Getting the right product will become the key for you to have a very good makeup. Believe me. ;)

4. MASCARA. Some of us didn't know that mascara must be use for just three months! Admit it, even me, I do not know it at first. It is for sanitary and hygiene purposes. So if you want not to damage your baby lashes, better follow this rule.

5. BLUSH. Again, in order for you to get that right glow on your cheeks, you should know how to match a blush shade with your skin tone. There are also different types of blushers that you need to know and these are cream type, powder type or bronzing powder. Each are used depending on your choice! 

6. LIPSTICK. Trivia! An average woman consumes 6 lbs. of lipstick in a lifetime. Yes this is true! But for my case, I don't know if it's just 6 lbs. Maybe 20 or something? Kidding! Hahaha. Let's proceed now. In finding the right lipstick, it is very important that you are able to determine your own skin tone because it affects how a lipstick fits you when it's already on your lips. In a book entitled STYLE 101, it is mentioned that cooler tones (those on the bluer end of the spectrum) work together for fairer skin, and warmer tones (those closer to red and orange) work best for darker skin. Say you're trying to choose a shade of pink: A warm pink is peachy; a cool pink is more mauve. :)

7. EYESHADOW. Priming your eye first can help you avoid fall outs when using eyeshadow. Just a tip: Use neutrals or light color eyeshadow during day time and darker shades during night time.

8. BROWS. I heard from one of Michelle Phan's video that brows are the windows to the eyes. So you should also be careful when picking the right product for your brows. Remember what I mentioned on my previous blog? A proper grooming of your brows can really make a huge difference. Some people I personally interviewed even said that, they can go out without any makeup on except their brows!

9. MAKEUP BRUSH. Nowadays, there are tons of makeup brushes invented which are really intended for different parts of our face. Seems crazy right? Innovation can be found anywhere in our present days! In my opinion, the top three makeup brushes that I always bring on my makeup bag are powder brush, blush brush and eyebrow brush. Can't live without those three! Hahaha.

10. Last but not least, there are no other thing that can replace our INNER BEAUTY. I do believe that in order for someone to become really beautiful, he/she must believe in himself/herself. YOU ARE GORGEOUS AND LOVELY! Well if nobody else tell that to you, I said it. :)

Expect the unexpected

The best things in life happen unexpectedly! Believe me, sometimes we forget about this.

None of us knows when it will come. Only then when we are going to feel that we're lucky enough to have these opportunities in life. Well, this is a life lesson that I realized today.

God has His ways of showing to us how he care and love us. As I have said, we just keep on looking to other things that we don't have so we tend to forget the importance of what's in us.

(Gaaahh! I suddenly had an headache as of this moment but I will continue doing this blog)

I want to tell a story.

There is this little girl. She always keep her secrets. Seldom did she tell her friends about her TRUE feelings about something. And then one day, she entered a street with a far, far away view. Upon entering this way, she can't explain what she feels. She's so much afraid of what she may possibly encounter upon her journey. But then, because of her belief that she should continue, she made it to her destination. Never did any of us know that during her journey, she experienced pain, hatred, and all the negative things that life may gave her. But the thing is that.... she never gave up! She just continue all the way and fight for what she believe for. Now, she's really happy in her life. Really thankful for all the blessings that her God gave her. As of the moment, she's still walking on another journey towards a new spot that she wants to reach someday. And together with her enhanced strength and belief, she know that she will be who she really wants to be one day in her life. And she saying hi to you now!
